  • Accept the cost of £29.96 (inc VAT) per call

  • Click HERE and pay for the Support

  • Click HERE to download the Remote Support software
    and choose "Run" when prompted.

  • Sit back while we work on your PC

  • If we can't fix the problem we will refund £15.00 of the charge.
