The IT Dept ChargesYou can choose to call us out on a one-off basis to fix an immediate problem, or you may wish to take out a monthly support contract which offers a set number of on-site hours support per month.Ad-hoc chargesPlease contact us to discuss our competitive Call-out Charges and Standard Hourly Rate.Contract ChargesFor Contracted Support we will provide a set number of hours support per month, (minimum of only 2 hours per month). This proactive approach offers you the most cost-effective support and reduces the chances of sudden failure of your computer systems.As well as fixing your problems, we will continuously check, tweak and update your systems to ensure that the possibility of unexpected downtime is minimised. We don't charge you per PC - why pay for PCs which don't have problems? We do charge per hour, and we spend all of those hours on your site each month, or in remote support - as you wish. This is a flexible system with no long-term agreements. There is a minimum contract term of just 3 months, after which you may cancel the contract at any time, with only 1 months notice. You can also change the number of hours support you require at any time, again with only 1 months notice. Our Monthly Support Contract offers many other benefits, including:
